The location is perfect, just a short walk to Disneyland. The kids' playroom was a nice touch for family fun. Unfortunately, the rooms were dated and had a musty smell. Service could be improved as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

The kids' club was a hit for my family, keeping the little ones entertained. The rooms felt outdated and could use a deep clean. Close to Disneyland, so very convenient for park visits. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leading to some missed services during our stay.

The proximity to Disneyland, being just a short walk of almost 2 km, made our visit super easy, and we loved that there were several dining options like Blaze Pizza and Subway within a few steps, as well as parks and attractions like the Anaheim Convention Center and Downtown Disney nearby for a nice evening stroll, perfect for soaking in the Disneyland vibes! The hotel also offers spacious family suites to accommodate larger groups, but the overall cleanliness and service could use some improvements.

We stayed in a family suite that offered lots of space. The cozy beds were a highlight, ensuring we rested well after long days. the sofa bed mattress was torn and lacked comfort. Bunk beds were tiny, and the carpets felt dirty. The bathroom needed better attention; towels had marks on them. Temperature control was fine, keeping the room at a comfortable level. Nearby restaurants and stores made it convenient for meals. Staff service varied-some were polite, but others were less accommodating. Parking was an issue, forcing us to park at another hotel.

During my recent stay at Portofino Inn, we encountered a mix of positives and negatives. The proximity to Disneyland was a huge plus, and the clean rooms were a welcome sight after a long day of exploring the parks. Parking was convenient and included in the price, which was a nice bonus. there were some significant issues that impacted our overall experience. The staff seemed disorganized and charged us incorrectly for our rooms multiple times, causing frustration and confusion. It took a while for the charges to be corrected, and the general manager's handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. The room itself had some comfort issues, with uncomfortable beds and a sofa bed that was not in great condition. the presence of a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the fridge was off-putting. The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and the outdated furnishings added to the feeling of discomfort. While the location and some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the negatives of our experience at Portofino Inn outweighed the positives.

Overall, had a great time during my Easter weekend stay! Loved the convenient location with plenty of affordable dining options nearby and being within walking distance to Disneyland shuttles. The room configuration was perfect for families, providing a kids' area with twin beds and a sofa bed divider. Additionally, the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities like a microwave and fridge made the stay enjoyable.

The family suite was spacious, with bunk beds and a separate area for the kids. parking was a hassle for my handicapped friend, and we faced rudeness from a staff member while checking out. Unfortunately, a break-in occurred in our car, highlighting security concerns. The property felt dated, and some areas looked worn. Despite the quirks, the space suited our family's needs, with plenty of nearby food and convenience stores.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up all the cool spots near Disneyland, like Dave & Buster's and Lucky Strike Bowling. We even caught a few thrills at Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout. It was lit!

Comfortable and spacious for my family. The layout of the suite was great, with a separate area for the kids. The fridge and microwave were handy, and the location to walk to the parks was convenient. I liked the comfort of the bed and pillows. the sliding doors weren't opaque, and a little noise from nearby amenities. I'd recommend this hotel.

we really liked the location of Portofino Inn And Suites. it's about a 10-15 minute walk until you walk through the front gate of the theme park. the hotel is also clean, and the rooms have balconies. the staff was super friendly, greeting us every morning, and even giving my child coloring pages and stickers. the separate living space for the kids with the bunk bed and couch was a hit. loved the security too, where the room key was needed to get into the building. overall it was a good stay.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Disneyland and plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the spacious room with a king bed and bunk bed, perfect for our children. The hotel amenities, including the pool and kids' activity room, were great for entertaining the little ones. The staff, especially the housekeepers, were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of having CVS and Walgreens nearby. a great choice for families traveling to Disneyland!

The initial issue with the air conditioning in our rooms. We had to wait a while for someone to address the problem, and when they finally did, we were moved to a room that was even worse.
